A Word From Director - Sue Bampton

Making the transition from Interior Design on the Gold Coast back in the late 80’s to working with my true passion in life as a Landscape Designer and Horticulturist was an easy one.

Having the opportunity to work alongside our clients and help them develop their vision for the outdoor lifestyle they want to create and enjoy, is a really special experience.. Most of the time it doesn’t feel like work because I just love what I do.

Grotec Landscape Solutions is a very different business model to the one I started 34 years ago. Today our focus is on helping our clients create and develop landscape design plans that act as an accurate guide for constructing landscapes in harmony with the home and surrounding environment.

  • Sue is the real deal. What started as a few ideas and a mood board has become a thriving new garden and emerging oasis in our backyard just seven months later. It is spring 2023 now and flowers are popping up all over the place, continually delighting us. We can’t wait to see how it all unfolds over the next few years, especially the feature tree (Crepe Myrtle) in our front garden.
