Sorrento Landscape Design and Construction

Our client Paul had completely refurbished the interior and exterior of this fabulous, modern waterfront home in Sorrento. The exterior hard landscaping included a giant daybed, outdoor spa, two terrace swimming pool and expansive deck. With the intention to sell the property, the only thing missing to complete this stylish makeover was a garden that screamed WOW to potential buyers. Grotec’s team were called in and a colourful, modern-contemporary garden with a Mediterranean twist was designed and installed. As you’ll see by the Before and After Images, the team delivered an amazing result within 4-6 weeks.

This recently purchased waterfront home in Sorrento had been completely refurbished by its owner and was to put on the market within 6-8 weeks of our team being contacted. Our clients Brief was to create a garden that WOW’d everyone who viewed the property and played a major role in it’s sale.

The front entry courtyard was empty and full of weeds and desperately in need of some serious design consideration. For this Sorrento Landscape Design and Construction, Corten (rusted metal) edging in heights from 100mm to 450mm high were installed to create varying levels within the scheme and provide warming colour and height interest. Three feature Zen Bowls were incorporated  to add much needed structure, One large Zen bowl was converted into a water feature with a fountain, and two were densely planted with Succulents to create vibrant bowls of colour and texture.

The gardens surrounding the property were planted with advanced Magnolia’s and Lilly Pilly’s along the fence line creating privacy. Structural plants such as Agave, Fucraea, Gymea Lilly and a variety of grasses and strap-leaf plants were used to fill and colour in the planting scheme. Portulaca was used extensive to create quick growing texture and colour in gardens adjoining and highlighting the path to the main entry of this Sorrento Landscape Design and Construction.

600 x 400mm Travertine Pavers were installed through the gardens for easy maintenance. Feature paths to the letterbox and an office with separate entrance were created by placing  four pavers together and adding  a specially selected pebble surround to highlight and provide texture and interest.

As you can see from the Images, we achieved BIG TIME WOW and within 6 weeks the garden was designed and completed and the house placed on the market.

This project was one our entire team contributed to and one we are extremely proud of, we hope you enjoy the images for this Sorrento Landscape Design and Construction.
